I am BIG on home cooked food and after all that creativity I sure am hungry! Each of my boxes contains one of my favourite recipes for you to try out.

Guided Meditation
As a maker myself, I really appreciate the time and skill that goes into the small business products you find at markets all over Canada. Each of my boxes contains a handmade gift from another Canadian artisan.
All my meditations are completely secular and based on cognitive behavioural therapy. Plus, our narrator is a real person, not AI!

About Emmie Clare
Originally from England, I live in the Ontario forest north of highway 7. A lifelong artist and maker, I launched SoulCraft in spring of 2021. My goal was to create something that you would look forward to receiving each month. Each box is my own design and features materials sourced, wherever possible, from right here in Canada. One or two items are from England and everything else is made by me in my home studio. SoulCraft Canada is by no means a big business, more of a personal project and a hope to reach out and share a little love and creativity. I hope you enjoy your box!
