  • What is SoulCraft?
    A creative wellness brand, SoulCraft can be defined as an activity that is nourishing to the soul. At SoulCraft, we firmly believe that engaging in creative activities aids relaxation and strengthens mental wellness. In a world that demands so much of our time and energy, our hope is that you will manage to take some down time for you! Each SoulCraft box is designed around a different art or craft and contains all the materials you need and includes our project guide and some very special self care extras.
  • How does your subscription work?
    You can choose a monthly or quarterly auto renew subscription to our SoulCraft box. We also offer three and six month prepay options which do not auto renew. We ship around the 25th of the month and all new sub orders placed before the 24th of the month receive their first box at the end of the current month. New sub orders placed after the 24th of the month will receive their first box the following month. You are free to cancel a monthly auto renew subscription at any time via your 'my account' or by emailing us at soulcraftcanada@gmail.com. In the event that you cancel prior to your billing date, you will receive no more boxes from us. If you cancel after your billing date you will still receive your final month's box. All our craft boxes are also available for one time purchase in our store.
  • Are your products suitable for kids?
    Our craft boxes are suitable for older kids/teens. Parental supervision and direction is recommended as some boxes contain sharp tools. If purchasing a subscription box for a minor please ensure you check the contents of each delivery for any products that may contain allergens.
  • What is the project guide?
    All our project guides consist of digital resources; PDF’s (which you can refer to on screen or print yourself), and/or videos showing the detail of each art or craft activity for you to follow. We took the decision to create digital guides instead of printed instructions in an effort to reduce our use of resources in line with our environmental policy.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You are free to cancel at any time via your 'my account' or by emailing us at soulcraftcanada@gmail.com. In the event that you cancel prior to your billing date, you will receive no more boxes from us. If you cancel after your billing date you will still receive your final month's box.
  • Can I gift your box?
    Yes, you can absolutely purchase a subscription or any one off craft boxes as a gift. Please let us know by emailing soulcraftcanada@gmail.com if you have any special requests such as a personal note and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
  • Can I recycle your boxes?
    We continuously make every effort to be as eco friendly as possible. Our boxes are made of recyclable corrugated paper material which can be placed into your paper/card collection or you can reuse them. We may even make use of them in one or two of our projects!
  • I didn't receive my box?
    In the event that your box does not arrive as planned then please email us at soulcraftcanada@gmail.com and we will investigate for you.
  • What is your return policy?
    All our subscription craft boxes are made to order and, as such, are non refundable. If you wish to return a non subscription craft box you have purchased then please email us at soulcraftcanada@gmail.com to let us know the reason. You will be required to return the project in an unopened/unused condition with the contents intact in full. The box must be wrapped in an outer polybag or another box. Any craft box returned without a protective packing or with missing or used contents will not be accepted for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and you must use a carrier that can provide tracking. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which original payment was made. No shipping charges shall be credited or refunded. Please include the following information with your return; name, address & phone number, email used to place the original order and your reason for return. We do not provide refunds nor accept returns for opened/used materials or product, materials or product returned after 14 days of receipt, materials or product damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or abnormal use. We are not liable for materials or product damaged or lost in transit back to us therefore please ensure that any returns are carefully and securely packaged. Please note that all auto renew monthly and upfront multi month pre paid subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase and are non refundable.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is included in the price(s) quoted for all craft boxes and subscriptions.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    We no longer ship outside of Canada. As a small business producing handmade products and not wanting to compromise on quality, there is a limit to the number of subscription orders we can accept each month. In an effort to help reduce our own carbon footprint, we took the decision to accept custom only from within Canada. We may be in a position to re-open US orders later in 2024, please check back later.
